We sell property in Maharashtra, and we would rather sell you the right one slowly than the wrong one quickly.
HousingPride began with a straightforward complaint about how property is sold: listings that do not match the flat, prices that change once you are interested, and an agent who stops answering once the deal is signed.
So we built the parts that fix that. Every property is visited and verified before it is published. The price you see is the price the seller has agreed to advertise. An agent is assigned to a listing and to you, and the same person is there at the end as at the beginning.
We handle sale, resale, rentals, new projects, commercial space and land — across Pune, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Nashik and beyond. Some of what we hold is never advertised at all, and is shown privately on request.
Every listing is checked
An agent goes to the property before it appears on the site. If what is there does not match what was described, it does not get published.
One price, openly
The figure on the site is the figure. Negotiation happens between you and the seller, not through a number we quietly move.
A person, not a queue
Enquiries reach a named agent who stays with you through the visit, the paperwork and the handover.
