Terms of Use

You may browse listings, save them, enquire about them and book appointments. You may not scrape the site, copy listings wholesale, or republish our photographs.

Text selection, right-click and image dragging are disabled across the site. That is a deterrent rather than a lock, and it does not change what you are permitted to do.

Every listing is checked by one of our agents before it is published, and marked verified once it has been. Verification means somebody has been to the property and found it to match the description.

It is not a survey, a valuation or a structural report. Commission your own before you commit to a purchase.

Prices shown are what the seller has agreed to advertise. They are an invitation to negotiate, not an offer.

You may list a property only if you own it or are authorised to act for the owner.

What you upload must be of that property. Photographs taken from elsewhere will be removed and the listing withdrawn.

A listing goes to an administrator for approval before it appears. We may decline one without giving a reason.

You, your assigned agent or an administrator may mark a property as sold at any time, which takes it off the public site immediately.

Some listings are shown privately. Access is granted for fifteen minutes, to a signed-in account, through a link that belongs to that account alone.

The link may be withdrawn by an administrator at any point within that window.

Sharing, recording or republishing what you are shown ends your access and any future access.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep the password to yourself, and change the initial one you are given.

We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site or to mislead other users.

We introduce buyers to sellers and help the sale along. We are not a party to the contract between you.

We do not hold your money, and we will never ask you to transfer funds to us for a property.

Fees, where they apply, are agreed in writing before anything is due.

We take care over what appears here, but we cannot guarantee that every detail of every listing is correct at every moment.
